Optimistt provides contractual or temporary staffing services for clients from all sectors. We work with our clients for hiring the temp or contractual resources and take them on our payrolls, thereby providing the required HR service and support. Alternatively, we also take resources on our payrolls who are pre-identified by our clients and provide the resources the required HR services and support, along with statutory employee benefits and required compliances.
